Hoje resolvi colocar algo novo aqui no blog.
Como sou apaixonada por cinema e sempre assisto pelo menos dois filmes por semana, vou começar a compartilhar por aqui os que achei legais e os ”nem tão legais” assim.
Desta forma podemos trocar dicas e informações, de uma forma leve e descontraída.
Semana passada estive no festival Varilux de cinema, aqui em Floripa, e assisti dois filmes em uma sessão “dobradinha”. (Os dois maravilhosos, diga-se de passagem)
Today I decided to put something different here.
I´m truly obsessed with movies and usually, in a regular week, I tend to go to the movie theater at least 2 or 3 times a week (not mentioning the ones I watch at home).
So from now on, I´m going to share some of my cinematographic experiences here so we can exchange tips and comments on the movies that we love and in the ones that we hate.
To start I brought two movies that I´ve watched last week:
Une Bouteille a la Mer – Uma Garrafa no Mar de Gaza
Este filme foi uma bela surpresa. Ele conta a história de uma garota francesa que vive em Israel, mais especificamente em Jerusalém, e decide se comunicar com alguém de Gaza, por meio de uma garrafa lançada ao mar com uma mensagem, para enxergar o outro lado do conflito pela ótica de um palestino.
A história é muito emocionante e nos faz pensar em como as coisas mudam ao nos colocarmos no lugar do outro.
Une Bouteille a la Mer – A bottle in the Ocean (translating word by word)
This movie was a beautiful surprise. It shows the story of a french teenage girl, living in Israel, that wants to communicate with someone in Gaza. To start this contact, she throws a message on a bottle in the ocean and waits for a reply.
When she starts to converse with someone from the other side, they both realize that there is more than one way to see the picture. Really moving and sensitive. If you think you´d only see war, think again.
Les Intouchables – Os Intocáveis
Apesar de ser categorizado como drama, e de ter todos os elementos necessários para tanto, esse filme é incrivelmente leve e arranca muitas risadas.
De uma forma muito delicada ele nos conta a história de um homem tetraplégico que precisa da ajuda de um profissional para realizar suas atividades diárias. O filme começa com a seleção deste tal profissional, porém, diferentemente do que as pessoas poderiam imaginar, ao invés de optar por um profissional altamente qualificado, o personagem principal escolhe contratar um homem muito espontâneo e com um histórico duvidoso.
Vale muito à pena assistir. Esse foi um dos melhores filmes que assisti este ano.
Les Intouchables – The Untouchables
Even though this movie is considered a drama (I´m sure it does have all the ingredients), it will make you smile and laugh.
In a very delicate way, this story shows the drama of a tetraplegic man that needs help from other to do ordinary activities, such as taking a shower or eating. In the search of a professional to help him, the character ends up finding a friend for life.
Really worth watching. One of the best movies I´ve seen in a long time.
